Job Responsibility : - • Formulation and implementation of a cost effective Recruitment Plan evaluating Function/Region Transfer options and Manage manpower requisition

- • Initiate and monitor Performance review cycle within review timeframe
- • Identify Training needs at the end of performance review period
- • Formulate Training and development programs modules by starting of financial year
- • Interprets company goals into departmental goals and ensure communication to employees.
- • Handling compliance to statutory and labour laws - PF, ESIC, etc
- • Plan and ensure optimum use of all resources: administers and monitors use against budget.
- • Grievance handling of the employees and ensuring best working conditions.
- • Offer Management, Negotiation, Relationship Management.
- • Weekly review meetings with function stakeholders

- • Management, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Asset Issuance and Tracking, Event Management, Vendor Management & Disaster Management policy."
